Picloc accepts 3 types of radio connections:
1) 5 separte inputs from a traditional receiver ( Select 5 R/C from Toolz)
2) PPMSUM - From receivers that output this.... eg Jeti, FRSKY, etc etc
3) Spektrum DSM and DSMx and DSMJ( for some JR radios )( more can be added at wish ).

S2 Work for sure.... there are a couple of other Picloc customers who use this setup.
Also with 3DR modems which are nice as well !!
Someone informed me that there are Xbees for higher speeds.. Thanks 'EH' :) - LINK these are Wifi Xbees, but are able to do serial at 1Mbps ( same as Picloc...
Fred's issue was that the Xbee's were series 1, and did not support 115200 baud.
Its good to know that as of now, both Xbee's Series 2 ( and other models that support higher baud ) and also 3DR radios are supported and work.

Easiest to work with is with potentiometers, and Picloc on Pan Axis.
Harder to tune but may give better accuracy.. On axis with 360 Servos...

Denny... Yes... DJI's motors are the EC45's ( brushless 3 phase ) and also with an encoder on the shaft ( not the MILO encoder from Maxon ).
