For most kopter yes, on some of the kopters depending on how you run your wires it can be an issue when drawing high amperage. But generally it seems to be a total fix. I have a feeling the new .88 firmware may help as well.

There is a very quick an easy work around for this that may be easier then that reconfiguration. If it is a Cinestar you can get the new 45 degree navi mount that removes the navi from the interference and locates it out on a boom. You can also turn the compass off as well. As long as you...
Just took a Cinestar 6 on an international flight a little while ago, no problems at all. Didn't even question the LiPo's. I had most of the stuff in check baggage though so i would recommend that.
