Property in Palm Bay, FL. 2 houses, 5 lots fenced in. A 12x24 gazebo leading to a 10x20 dock. The pond is 140x45 ft and around 8 to 10 ft deep. It is constantly fed by a 350 ft deep well. Water is aquifer and comes out cold. It's stocked with mostly pan fry fish but there are Coy as well. The catfish average 1.5-2 ft.
I had the fishing pond put in to bring the fishing closer to Mom. She doesn't get around so well anymore and absolutely loves fishing. This was the least I could do since my parents raised my son for me as I travel for a living as a single parent.
