Dji naza Assistant Software network problem

I cant register the naza on internet and hook it up to pc.
DOes someone know what to do. What ports do u need to have open for it. Never had problems with internet but now i cant login to naza software.

mine has been doing that and has been registered for 4 months...... try hitting cancel when it wants you to recheck the registration. I think you only get so many times though, so go easy

Did you resolve this? I am having this problem right now - I simply cannot register, as the message says "network is abnormal. Check network service".
