Sunk my Phantom = Here to learn about replacement..

Hello, my DJI Phantom recently spent the night at the bottom of a lake. While it rests in rice, I am looking to replace it with...something better!! lol It has been a great "toy," but is falling short with what I want to accomplish. I am not sure where to start looking for...frames, motors, flight control, ESC, OSD, Video TX... I am familiar with NAZA, obviously, but I know there are other options out there. I think, for me, it's not so much what TO buy, but what NOT TO buy.
