Ground station power

Hello, I am about to purchase the 10.1 Inch RMRC LCD Monitor from readymaderc and use it with my 5.8GHz Uno Receiver. Am I able to solider the power cable from the RX and monitor to the same battery connector and use one battery for both? if so what size/ type of battery is recommended?

yes, usually a 3s 2200 gives me 2-3 hours, a 3s 5000 goes most the day if i turn it off when not using it... that and i use a sd dvr inline with it all so it uses a tad more power.
