Can't really answer as I don't know where you are located, but you might need to be a little more patient - afaik ImmersionRC had some production problem and are just now back in full production,

There has been ahuge backlog in production according to Immersion. They told me last week huge shipments where almost ready for going out of the doors and should be with the dealers in a week or so.
