ESC Braking To Speed Up Response?

A fellow at our local flying field described an esc, that has supposedly hit the market, that uses a micro braking routine to allow quicker response times between stick and motor. I couldn't find anything on line but I'm not the greatest at sleuthing the web. Thought I'd try here.

It is called active freewheeling and a few esc's support this feature. Herkules 3, ultraesc, etc FYI it is a large improvement when it is windy.
