Just got my Z15 for my GH2 and there is no cable for connecting the shutter control or the HDMI port included in my box. The manual does not refer to either cable in the "what's in the box" section and the diagram seems to imply that the shutter cable at least should be pre-connected. Am I missing something here? Did you guys get these cables with your units or were they hooked up when you unpacked the gimbal? Everything else they list as "in the box" is here but I don't have a shutter or HDMI cable. Was something left out of my package?
