Z15 BMPCC aperture control

Has anyone out there managed to get the AUX 1 output of the GCU to actually change the BMPCC aperture?

The Z15-BMPCC differs from the GH3 and GH4 versions in that AUX 1 serves a purpose, it is 'reserved' on the others, but although the software assistant shows the three position switch changing, the camera iris is not changing at all.

Just bought a new S-1000 and have just finished mounting a Zenmuse Z15 Gimbal with the BMPCC, so your question is of great interest to me. If you get any info or an answer to your question, I would like to learn about it, too. If I come up with an answer on my end, I'll let you know.
