Yaw, Pitch, and roll degradation over time HK32 AP

Hello everyone.

I finally got my rig flying, it is a DJI F450 with the standard esc's, motors, and props. I am running a Hobby king 32 bit autopilot, (pixhawk clone), multistar 5200 4s battery, spektrum AR6200 sat RX paired to an Orange RX t-six TX.

Every time i fly it about five or ten mins into the flight the yaw, pitch and roll start to degrade and my X-quad config turns into a + config. and the controls get very picky by then. I crashed it once because of this issue and wiped the firmware clean and started over. I am using the APM mission planner with a 914 mhz telem. I have tried every calibration i could select. I don't think it is a hardware issue, i am thinking its some setting or I'm not doing the live compass calibration correctly.

Any help would be much appreciated. I will see if i can get a video up to see what i am talking about.
