Why would anyone buy a drone for hundreds of dollars when you can order all the parts from china and build one for a fraction of the cost that does the same stuff?

I just started playing with this kinda stuff. it's neat when you have nothing else to do. I've been playing with the syma x12s ones I have two of them and I ordered a x8w and then shortly after I ordered it I saw someone make one on youtube and I was like omg I wanna do that so I ordered a bunch of parts online and I'm hoping I have everything I need but I don't have a clue. I posted all the stuff I got somewhere on here if you can look and tell me what else I need please.
