Which ESC to Tmotor 4014-9 400?

I have experienced problems using DYS 40A ESCs with Simon K Firmware with Tmotor 4014-9 400 . The reason is probably sync-/timing issues.

I need some advice on how to fix this.

1. Can my DYS 40A ESC be programmed to fit those motors?

2. Which ESC is working best with those motors?

I do have a set with RCTIMER ESC HVSK 40A OPTO.
