whats the rules!

So i downloaded that b4ufly app and it shows alll these airports and pretty much all of Virginia in shaded whatever that means and says u gotta notify the airport if u fly so if any kid or adult wants to fly there toy drone or anything in their backyard they gotta call the airport?

You need to do a bit of research as to small local airfield and whether they are manned or unmanned.
The Yellow circles are NO FLY ZONES.
The Orange circles are airports or helipads that are most likely unmanned and used just on demand.
In my area I have checked and all the orange circles are unmanned, so the issued warnings of the app, but since there is no one to call, your good to go...
If one of the orange circles is a fully manned airport, yes, you will need to call and inform them of your proposed flight activities. Anticipated Times, Duration & Long & Latitude location.
