What to do! Keep my f550 or upgrade.. To what?

I think tomorrow I'll shell out for the AG500DD (sorry got the model no wrong before..) as the customer service so far from the guy that makes it has been fantastic. I've also seen a couple of sample videos on the 2 axis version and they're steady as a rock.

It's just hard to pay $800 (with the 3rd axis add on) for a gimbal that I don't know for sure will be any better than a $250 one, but the guy seems to know his stuff..

It's hard to see the details of the AG500DD on that size with the shallow DoF they used, but it looks legit. Part of what you're paying for there is the setup the company has done for you and controller that's already attached.

But yeah, I hear you on the comparison with the $250 DYS. If you look for RCtimer APC 2 Axis footage and demos, you might be surprised (the DYS is supposed to be similar, but more robust and a bit better as far as fit and finish goes).
