What happens after 3.72 volts/cell; 80% of battery capacity

The little single cell lipo quads get a little "wonky", less responsive right before their motors stop and they drop at a given voltage. I used to know it. I wrote it down, and it kills batteries so I have not done it in a long, long time and I lost the piece of paper I scribbled it down on. It might be around <3.7V? It's appears for a very brief period of time there are slight current variations affecting the FC, ESC's, and motors and then nothing. Does something similar happen to these bigger quads at some point of discharge? I have seen this with my new build. I have not flown it much yet. It has not happened very often, and it might be happening with only one battery (just discovered to be bad). These are 25/35C batteries. Thank you in advance. Jay
