Hey guys,
What do you have in your gear box when you go on a field work?
I transport three cases with me in which I have:
* Lots of Lipos
* A box full of screws in case of a problem
* A full set of props. For instance, I take 3 CW and 3 CCW of current props as a back-up.
* Transmitter battery, I use Lipo with them.
* Another set of tripod screw and a basic camera mount which can carry Sony NEX5.
* Velcros, electric tapes, duck tapes.
* Compass, spirit leveler
* Screw driver set.
* Car charger for Lipos.
I never forgot my laptop and Xbee unit and MKUSB.
Ofcourse no need to say that I take all my big birds with me if there's a serious job.
I have a stationwagon car. I need to flat-down the back seats so I can fit in three cases and a hexa and a quad.
No room for a Octo or Y6!
In the office, I keep at least two spare motors for each craft in the inventory. Other extras:
* 2x Bl-Ctrl 2.0 for MK electronics
* 2x 40A ESC for DJI W-M bird
etc..
in case I have a crash and need to build the bird asap.
