VM assistant on IPhone connection pb

Hello
A friend of mine has a WKM and acquired the Bluetooth interface to connect to the AP with his Iphone.
He has now a pb : when the VM assistant starts on the Iphone it founds the MC , gives the MC name and ask for a passwd.
My friend doesn't remember this passwd ( not even sure he entered one at anytime)...
Someone knows how to reset this to re enter a new passwd or if there is a default passwd?

Hello,
Could you tell me what you mean by "BT" Is it only on Assistant on the Iphone ? I don't see this under infos in the assistant running on the PC
