1001copters.com Upgrade Kit V1 to V2 Photohigher's gimbal

Hi,

I have had a new reference onn my webshop: an upgrade kit for Photohigher's gimbals from version 1 to version 2

Versions 1 gimbals are caracterised by apparent metal bearings on the roll spacers :

It has been shown that the contact metal/metal (roll flange vs metal bearing) lead to an early erosion of the roll flanges and of the plastic spacer in contact with the flanges. This can lead to mechanical play between pieces and finaly vibrations.

On the V2 gimbals, Kimberley has separate the functions: the lead is done by a full plastic spacer, the rotation is done by an internal bearing.

As these spacers are larger than previous one, the main flanges of the gimbal has been changed.

I'm proposing on my webshop two kits ( one for the AV130, one for th AV200 composed with all the stuff needed to transform your V1 to V2 gimbal:

- roll spacers V2
- internal bearings
- large roll washers
- internal stop spacers
- main flanges of the gimbal

Of course if you V1 gimbal is fine and don't have any vibration due to the erosion of the roll flange and plastic spacers, you don't need to change it.

best regards,
Cédric
