To start…...We have a DJI-S1000 with a GH4 Zenmuse.
At this point we are operating dual radios. One for the pilot and one for the camera operator.
My camera operator is an old school camera guy. He is looking to control the Zenmuse with a tripod floating head instead of the sticks on the radio.
I have found a lot of FPV equipment out there that uses gyros. The issue were running into is the Gyro plugs into the radio trainer port. This takes away from the radio capability and only allows the Gyro to then control the radio.
For instance, if we want to have dual rate switches or mode changes to the Zenmuse, we cannot do this if the Gyro is controlling the radio in training mode.
