Stupid question of the day - electronics

I'm not even thinking about buying anything at the moment but as an exersize I'm trying to work out the bits and pieces for a heavy lift system. I'll be building a much smaller one first but thought I'd jump in the deep end to absorb as much info as possible. I've been at this relentlessly for two weeks and the amount you need to know is mind-melting!
I've come up with this set up and was wondering if this is about right.

Battery:

22.2V
6S LiPo
10,400mAH
35C/70C (182A / 364A)

ESC:

40A/57A
Twin voltage selection, 5.25v and 6v

Motor:

350watts
30A/50A

Don't worry. I won't be jumping into building this straight away. It's just to see if I've managed to learn anything at all!

I have not done a lot of heavy stuff but the answer is maybe, some of the gear it will depend on the exact gear you choose as to if it will be good enough, frame size, prop size and AUW will all play a part in the final choices.
