Spinning on yaw on takeoff

We have built a drone, that previously flew fine, but one time on takeoff it tipped over and damaged a motor. We replaced the motor with another one of the exact same motors, just a different colour, however now, it spins on the yaw axis when you take off. It will not stop spinning, and also won't gain any height above a few feet off the ground. We did however, change a few things whilst we were waiting for the new motor to arrive. We wired up the retractable legs and assigned them to a switch, added lights, and live video, however the video is not linked up to the flight controller.

As it takes off, the new motor (back left) is pulling up slightly more than the others, and the whole thing is spinning on its yaw axis.

We are using the Px4 v2 flight controller, with external compass, and telemetry. We have updated the firmware on the Px4, and checked radio trims etc, and everything is how it should be. We have also calibrated everything we can on it, but still no luck :(

Can anyone help?

Here is a video of the takeoff:

motor rotation check? or wrong prop left on a right or opposite? could be radio trims also??
No we checked all that, if any propellers were wrong it would just flip over too. All the radio trims seem fine. In the Mission Planner software, they all naturally go to the very middle, and there are no software trims set.
