So I just purchased the 5n and am in love with cameras again. Does anyone know of a shutter release solution to be triggered from a TX? Or how to make one?

Thanks

I just found the stratosnapper... Looks like the ticket for me! I also like timelapsing....

Thanks!

Yes the Stratosnapper also :) a very good choice , if there is no sellers over your way let me know because we stock both the Strato and Tiny Snapper here in the Uk

Hey there neighbor. I live in Erie, CO. StratoSnapper is great. Flying it on a CS8 with the NEX-7. Switching between stills and video gives great flexibility and the interval timer solves the intervalvometer missing on the sony. Shipping on the Strato was about 10 days. Ziggy at Mikrocopter.us has them on his website. If you go that route buy an extra LED in the long length. Found that to be better for my mounting situation.

I went with the wired shutter release hack that DJ from PhotoSHip One posted on his site. Not easy but not impossible either and it works great.

Just remember if you use the Gentled that you need to turn on the remote feature on the camera. press the joypad left and you will see the remote icon.
