Smartphone FPV with Mobius

Is it possible to set up a FPV system using a Mobius Camera with an Android smart phone as a receiver? It would seem possible but I cannot find any information on how to do it or the required components. Thanks for any advice. Hope everyone has nice flying weather this weekend or whenever you decide to go out!
