Need Help! Sky Quad Pro v2 HELP

Hi,
I just got a red5 sky quad pro v2 works fine only problem is I cannot connect the camera to my phone at all I tried all possible drone apps and it constantly says Connect to Wrong Wifi! Can anyone please help me? Does anyone know what I can do to get the camera to work? Please help :(

My battery has swollen plz help. Also how do I know wot Wi-Fi name and password I've forgotten
