Safe wind and descent speed?

Hi. I'm happy to get my first build ready. Upon flying i got some question:

1. What is the maximum safe descent speed which doesn't cause troubles due to getting into the own turbulence? I mean, high in the air, not during landing. When I descent with 2m/s (by iOSD mini) vertical speed, it is wobbling (and it scares me).

2. What is a reasonable wind speed it can safely handle? (Again, up in the air, not during landing).

3. How about the combination of the two above mentioned factors? Should I descend slower during strong wind?

It is a 6kg machine with calculated thrust 5.64 kg at 50%

On my hexa and octo with payload I keep my descents under 1 mtr/sec. Any faster and it takes quite a bit of thrust to stop the descent. I also avoid coming down through the prop wash by descending at an angle.
