Replacement motor

I just recently purchased a Sharper Image DX-4 HD Video Drone. Flew great for a week until it was caught in a chain link fence and toasted one of the motors. (including the small gear on top of the shaft). Only paid $60.00 for it but I'm mechanically inclined and don't want to pitch it yet. I looked all though Amazon for a replacement or equivalent motor but no luck. Does anyone know a generic or a universal motor that I can use? And naturally there is no serial # on the motor just Japanese symbols on the end. Help! I want to start flying again!
