That drone must have awesome battery capacity to both fly some distance at high speed and still have juice left to power a defibrilator.

1 joule = 1 watt for 1 second - i think the lipo can handle it :)

Modern AED devices step the non-educated user thru all the steps required
 

I think it gives another chance for someone to live in the right scenario....but how people are.... I would be curious on a field trial if an average joe could save a dummy's life.
