Hi guys and a big hello from Doncaster in England,
Well i have been hooked by the ready to fly junk thats soooo unreliable and can see why most multi rotor guys build their own--theres no one else to blame lol
It is a steep learning curve but the business end is common sense electronics ,soldering skills, fabrication.
I purchased a cx 20 as a trainer and it performed flawlessly with a heavy chinese gimbal and a gopro i promptly stuffed it into a mountain,as the flight controller and electronics were out of the box perfect i decided to go about a complete build up in a cx20 shell using turnigy 1000 kv motors with simonk 20 amp escs with bec`s as my power board had two escs on it i stuck with those and just snipped the red wire out of the flight controller connector lead. lovely stable take off ,plenty of power flick to loiter it will hover all battery on a rock steady lock----but heres the crux if you fly around in loiter it becomes unresponsive and even worse if you switch on rth it slowly descends in 5 meter circles,
onboard equipment at the time of the malfunction walkera ilook 5.8 ghz camera downlink standard bigsharkfly flight controller sandard cheerson cx20 2.4 ghz reciever
my question is this----could it be my esc`s that are causing the flight controller to malfunction-----over to you lot thanks for having me
