RC Will Not Connect

So I updated my P2 to the firmware version 2.0 and then on the recommendation of the assistance program I was going to check and update the firmware of the RC. Went through the procedures to connect the RC to the software a number of times but was not able to get Assistant to see the RC. Suggestions? Luckily/thankfully it still seems to be functioning correctly. Thanks.

I am too.... Same problem !!!
My assistan is unable to connect to my phantom 2.
Other question.... In my MC the mcu is exactly that is exactly like Naza V (form, colour, etc) but in the upper label shows "PHANTOM" not "NAZA".... maybe this is the problem.
I only can connect whit Phantom Assistant and with this i can't change from D-BUS to TRADITION.
