Question: smallest indoor quadcopter build?

I'm very new to this hobby and would like to build a quadcopter for indoor use (we live in a small, very urban apartment). What parts would you guys recommend to build something as small as the Blade nano qx? When I look through HobbyKing's site, it looks like the smallest frame they have is 235mm (so roughly 9 inches diameter). Is there anything smaller?

And please feel free to post links on similar builds. I did several forum searches and couldn't find much regarding small builds.

Any suggestions on how to build one? Are there parts available (I couldn't find much on hobbyking)?

You don't build them, you just buy em' (unless you have really small hands and tools)
about 35 bucks.

And then got Ladybird replacement arms with motors from Hobby King.

Flies great, binds to a Spektrum radio and you can adjust gyro gain.
