A pretty fancy requirement setup for such a poor choice for your charger's power source. Ultimately, you will probably want to charge several multi-cell 4S and/or other batteries. You will need a fused paraboard, a decent "intelligent" charger, and a much higher wattage power source.

I wish that I could be more helpful with any RTF multi-rotor recommendations.
