if you model is not level or as yaw that motor would slow down or speed up, it's best to give it a test flight, taking care to slowly take off and notice any imbalance and land it.

I tried to do the first flight

    I've some problems:

Front Motors works well, but in high rotation while throttle is like in 15%
Rear Motors dont work but if i move the pitch/yam stick they start
2 motors continue rotating while throttle is at 0%

SOme people told me to put the controller in acro/glide mode it's correct?

I'm Brazilian but i will upload a video showing it, I'm spéaking in brazilian but you can understand what happens

Before i upload you can help me with anything?

Check the calibrations for all the ESC's again. It sounds like they are not operating together, as if some are calibrated differently.
