Pixhawk serial connection using FTDI

Hi people,
I am trying to connect a Beaglebone black with pixhawk using serial 5 port to send MAVlink messages from Beaglebone black for offboard control.

I am using FTDI cable from Beaglebone and want to connect it to serial 5 port using DF13 connector according to the wiring shown in following link:

But I am not getting the source to buy the DF13 connector with 6 to 3 position option. Currently 6 to 5/ 6 to 5 position DF13 connectors are available.

Anyone who had done serial communication with pixhawk before can help me with the connection please.
