Pixhawk & KDE ESC's PWM values

Hello! I've recently purchased a Pixhawk FC for a Skyhero 850 quad I'm building. I'm using KDE ESC's with this setup and I'm aware of the need to apply 5v to the Main output rail on the Pixhawk in order to have the KDE ESC's function properly. However I can't seem to figure out to manually set the PWM settings for channel 3 in mission planner so that Pixhawk is putting out exactly 1100 for minimum throttle, 1520 for mid-throttle and 1900 for max-throttle. After running throttle calibration thru mission planner, the values are close but not exactly at 1100-1520-1900. KDE claims that those are the PWM settings that Pixhawk must be configured in order to work well with their ESC's. Can someone explain where within mission planner I can manually set those parameters ?
Thanks!
