Phantom registration

I've been trying to register my Phantom with DJI so I can download software. For some reason when I copy the verification code it keeps coming up as invalid. I have tried all caps or lower case but no go. I reloaded the software and had the same problem. Any ideas

Did you buy this Phantom used or brand new? Have you tried contacting your dealer about the problem? They should be able to get you pointed in the right direction.
