P2 Replacement Props?

I wish to replace my P2's props to some I can balance. What is a good DJI replacement?

I purchased a used F450 that came with a bunch of extra DJI props. They fit on the P2 but I seem to recall hearing about some very bad, early DJI props. I wouldn't know how to tell if these are that bad kind.

The P2 props are excellent and can be balanced.
I use a length of rod that I've put threads on each end (one left hand). I can then stick a prop on the rod and balance it up just fine.

Sweet. Perhaps I will get one of those rods if they are available in the US. However, my original questions remain.

1) What is a good replacement prop for my P2 and F450?
2) Am I correct that there were problematic DJI props early on?
3) If the answer to Q2 is "yes," how do I identify a bad DJI prop?

Perhaps I'm the first person to propose replacing the P2 props? That seems hard to believe!

DJI has announced that they will be introducing non-selftightening props for the P2 and P2V. You will need the CW and CCW nuts but will be able to balance them without an adaptor.

That's good news, thank you! Nevertheless, I'm wondering if I'm phrasing my questions wrong. I'll try a different way:
