The Operations Manual cannot be something as simple as fill out the blanks. It requires a lot of thought and preparation - even the best candidates take 2+ weeks on it and hence why most operators do not tend to share their i.p. with another. It allows you to think about how you will run your operation alongside guidance such as in our case, UAVAir - UAQ Facebook Forum.
This on the other hand is a proforma template that does not do any favours to those new into aviation, who are at danger of paying lip service to what is ultimately their legal contract with the CAA and customers all at the expense of saving a few pounds in the short-term.
