This gimbal is brand new and has been modified with an HDMI adaptor to fly either the NEX line of cameras or the Black Magic Pocket Camera. I've tested it on the ground and did a hover test to make sure the transmission feed worked and it did beautifully. All the hardware has been mounted so it should be plug and play for the most part onto your DJI system.

What is the adapter for the BMPC and how does the connect to the zenmuse?

It connects with an hdmi to hdmi micro cable from the adaptor to the camera. Works like a charm!

So is there any balancing required with the BMPC from the NEx

I balanced it for the wide angle panasonic lumix prime, but you can easily balance it for any of the micro four thirds wide angles you want to throw on there (panasonic, olympus, etc.). I'd be happy to explain how to do that if you decided you wanted it as well.
