Need help with fpv setup please

I have a gopro on my quad and i would like to see what it is seeing. If someone could recommend a setup it would be much appreciated.

if it is a hero 2 then abandon that idea. the hero hd and hero 3 black are the only ones that do not have atrocious lag in their live output. what are you using for RC controls, flight control, frame, etc? and how many hours of flight with the craft do you have under your belt?

The radio is a 9503 2.4,flight control is a naza m with gps,airframe is a bergen hexacopter,gopro hero 3 silver. I have been flying rc gas helis for 10 years and quad/hexacopters for about a year.I don't want to fly out of sight i just want to see what the camera is looking at when i move it around.
