My first time with drone

Last week I ordered and bought this nice Syma X8HG drone and done assembled but now I live in North Hollywood area. I know I have to stay 5 miles away from airports and others but I find it very little place to fly it legally. I am bit nervous and not want to damage my drone.

By the way I should have bought X8HW instead but not sure which is better so I went with X8HG anyway

I don't see Hover app under FAA website I will check with App Store thank you
