Motor Recommendations?

Hi All

I want to put together a Hex for carrying my Sony NEX & Gimbal, I'm currently looking at the Tarot 680 Ironman frame but could do with some advise on what motors/ESC's I'll need to use for some steady Aerial Filming.

I'm currently flying a DJI 450 flamewheel carrying a GoPro but want something capable of a bit more lift.

Hi. I have tarot 680, NEX-5 and DYS 3 axis gimbal. I have been through several setups but am now happy with Sunny Sky 2814 800kv motors on 12X4.5 props and DJI 30a opto esc.

Thanks guys, that's really helpful info. Nigel, can you tell me what kinds of setup you tried & problems you had, just so I can get an idea of what sort of things I should avoid?

Is the trick finding the right motor & prop combo? or is there more to it than that?
