Motor advice

Building an 800 mm hex. Will carry a DJI brushless gimbal w gopro and Fat Shark FPV setup. Any recommendations on motors? Would like to run 10-12" props. I have a ton of 3s batteries but will get more if I need 4s or better.

depends no how deep your pokers are? you could go with 3508 350-370KV 4S to 6S setup you have the option for larger props up to 15x4 , or hiy Kv 700kv on 3S -4S. sunnsky ,Tmotor , DYS, Hengel , emax so meany options.

Also I like to suggest to check out on frames also. Frames are one of the most important part and can be helpful if assembled rightly. Keep the battery mounting plate and clean it at regular interval.
