Aeroxcraft Missing Parts

I have assembled the AeroxCraft landing gear and was about to tackle the GoPro HD gimbals when I did a parts check.
The Frame parts are all there and comes in two plastic bags. The hardware bag look in tact but I did do a parts check and noticed I only have 3 of 4 H16 Vibration isolator 7mm and 0 of 4 H17 Vibration isolator bolt. Everything else is there. I have gone through the manual and don't see where these parts are mentioned. Can I proceed without them?

Thanks to Rob and AeroXcraft for the support, my missing parts are on their way. I have the landing gear and gimbal all assembled so now just waiting to put the two together.
