Measuring internal resistance of LiPo's....?

I am just wondering how you guys measure the internal resistance of your LiPo's....

Just found this on Youtube, but looks rather time consuming.....is there other methods as well or is it the way everyone is doing it....?

icharger and fma have it as a button you push, tells you the ir.

on mine, just the main plug gives you that, with the ballance plug in shows you each cells resistance, the difference is the ir in your plug......

Klone and the Hyperion tell the IR but the bad thing is that says the IR of all the cells in one number.. for instance 1+2+2+1+2 if these are the IR per cell on Hyperion you will see 8

it was brought to my attention that thunder power chargers have it as well.

I use my ipower, which tells individual cell and total resistance. The interesting that I notice yesterday is that when I have the balance plugs disconnected, the total IR jumps quite a bit (i.e. from 10 to 89).
