Purchased and received my new Mavic Pro Platinum; took it to the park and flew it on Beginner Mode for about three minutes, awesome! Landed because I wanted to explore other flight modes. My I-phone 7 plus screen would not respond to any taps. Shut everything down multiple times and hard reset my phone twice. Still nothing; every time I unplugged the phone from the remote, it became responsive, but of course this would not enable me to have any controls or fly. Called customer support and they didn't have a clue and had never heard of this problem. Told me to delete and reinstall the app, which I did, and still nothing. Took the drone back home and attached the remote to my I-pad; nothing, same exact problem. Packed it all back up and immediately shipped it back to the seller. Hoping for a speedy exchange.
