I just want to show you a feature for those doing mapping and surveying.


Its called Skyway Auto generation in the Manual on page 35. Basically the system generates waypoints for a flight path based on your perimeter points defined by you and at an interval and height defined by you


You layout the perimeter waypoints and then go to edit waypionts and then hit the "pattern waypoints" tab (top right). You then define your parameters and it generates the path accordingly.


I am sure this can be used for a number of other applications.


I attach a typical example of a Patterned waypoints that I set up with a 20m flyover (this is how far it flies over your perimeter) and path at 50m intervals
