Hi Guys, I'm new to configure Multirotors, please guid me to complete this system. I need this system for aerial mapping/filming with Nikon D7100/Canon 5D MKIII. Budged is about $3500, most important thing is smooth flying for about 10 min.
I researched a lot but I'm not sure about Motors, ESCs, Propllers, Batteries and I don't know what other things i need.
Thanks a lot.

So you're going to use HobbyKing made flight controller? You might be saving yourself a lot of trouble getting 3DR stuff for only $200 more. Not the least benefit is being able to actually pick up the phone and talk to somebody if you have a problem.

And 2000mW VTx is WAY overkill, and may even give you trouble. I'd suggest sticking to 200mW, and use better antennas. 200mW is plenty out to at least 300m, up to 500m, using CP omni antennas. Use a directional patch on the ground and it'll go much further.

The problem is that much transmit power on the aircraft can cause problems, such as clobbering the GPS.

I'd suggesting using Turnigy 20C standard batteries, no need for the non-tech, and the 20C's might be more reliable.

Is your camera weight included in that 7700g?
