I think its great you guys added a live help feature however I don't think its always setting a cookie to remember I said "no" I don't want help. I tried visiting with Firefox and Chrome on both my PC and Mac and browsing the store the little in element popup asks me if I want live help many times. Might be due to the fact you have 2 URL's you use for your store and the cookie is getting messed up? Some links in the store use your domain, others use your store software providers domain name.
Also I think some one forgot to turn it off last night. Browsing the site at 3am CST live help was still on. Unless your paying some one to help 24/7.
For now I just blocked the live help javascript because it was getting really annoying while I drooled over the CineStar frames and 360 mount.
