Been lurking for a bit, now that I'm starting to put more time and money into this hobby I thought I'd actually hop on. I work as a camera assistant in LA, getting paid to mess with expensive cameras and tech toys all day so when I started seeing copters at film conventions naturally I wanted one! I started with a Phantom I, just upgraded my controller and gimbal, and am looking forward to playing around with my own builds. Bit of an Arduino fangirl, so I'm looking forward to going that route.
Any camera question, I can chime in on that. But the RC world is pretty new to me, so I'm just here to learn!
